Recognising that inclusive community-based assistance and anti-discriminatory work can only be successful if the community itself is strengthened, tubman.network has expanded its activities to focus on initiatives that empower people from African and Afro-diasporic descent in Germany and on our mother continent of Africa.

We assist with securing housing solutions, provide guidance on study options, offer internship and voluntary work opportunities, refer individuals for legal assistance and paid employment. Additionally, we offer psychosocial support with highly qualified counsellors of African origin, facilitate educational workshops, keynote speeches, and presentations for schools, as well as statutory and voluntary sector organizations. We contribute to the development of a curriculum that embraces an Africa-centred perspective. Our organisation collaborates with over 50 other organisations, dedicated to ongoing professionalisation and capacity expansion, with the goal of continually enhancing our ability to meet the diverse needs of our communities.
