Tubman.Network e.V. delivers a diverse range of services and initiatives tailored to meet the needs of Black communities and displaced individuals:

Community and Refugee Support

  • Advocacy and support to navigate immigration processes.
  • Housing Support: Helping individuals secure safe and stable accommodation.
  • Employment Assistance: Connecting individuals with job opportunities and professional networks.

Mental Health and Well-Being

  • Psychosocial Support: Trauma-informed counseling and therapy tailored to Afro-diasporic experiences.
  • Creative Therapies: Art and sand-play therapy programs to foster healing and self-expression.

Education and Advocacy

  • Workshops and Seminars: Topics include Afrocentric perspectives on history, racism, and self-care.
  • Policy Advocacy: Engaging policymakers to address systemic racism and promote equity.

International Development Initiatives

  • Kindezi -The Gambia:& FijuJanga Gambia: Establishing a forest garden as a hub for sustainable farming, environmental education, and cultural preservation.
  • Training women and youth to integrate traditional knowledge with modern sustainability practices.
  • Creating intergenerational programs that promote storytelling, crafts, and cultural heritage.
  • Capacity Building: Skills development workshops, digital training, and storytelling campaigns to amplify local voices.
